Every January magazine “Quality of Life Index” measures 194 countries ranked and rated to reveal the best places to live. They make this list using nine different categories like Cost of Living, Culture and Leisure, Economy, Environment, Freedom, Health, Infrastructure, Safety and Risk, and Climate.
