The Great Wall - one of the main attractions of China, the symbol of the Celestial Empire, familiar to every foreign tourist. But, despite the fact that the outlines of the Great Wall are familiar to many pamphlets, atlases and travel guides, history of this wonder of the world knows not all. It's safe to say that the world no civilized person who has not heard of the eighth wonder of the world - Great Wall of China.
